Reservation & Payment Policies

  • Prices and Spaces are subject to change.
  • A $50 Guarantee fee is required on all reservations.
  • Reservations canceled 48 Hrs. prior to your arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a $50 Fee
  • Short Term Monthly sites are only available October 1st to May 1st – call for availability.
  • Short Term Monthly sites are unavailable in sites 109,110,162,187.
  • A $50.00 Electricity Deposit is required for all long-term stays along with a $40 background check per adult (18+).
  • Long Term Monthly spaces come with 1 or 2-car parking. Please see management for extra vehicle storage for additional vehicles.
  • We do not take reservations for Storage Sites we are on a first come first serve basis Please call for availability.
  • Access to Bathroom, Shower, and Laundry amenities is with Key card access which you will receive upon check-in.
  • Key card access to amenities must be returned to the office or a surcharge of $15 will be added to your Reservation total.

All you need to do is submit the form below. We’ll get back to you. We take all credit cards including American Express but no personal checks.
